太子参叶片挥发性有机物的抑菌效果

摘    要:采用菌落法对空气中常见的4种主要微生物(大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、放线菌)进行皿内培养,并探讨了太子参植株叶片挥发性物质的抑菌效果。结果表明,除放线菌外,太子参叶片对其他菌种的生长都有一定的抑制作用,但对不同菌种的抑菌效果差别较大,同一剂量的碎叶和整叶对同种菌种的抑制作用也存在差别。

Abstract:The author took the colony method and cultured four main species of microorganism commonly seen in the air including coli bacillus, staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis and actinomyces in the vessel. What is more, the author carried out a research on antibacterial effect of volatile substance of the Pseudostellaria heterophylla leaf. The results showed that the P. heterophyUa leaf had certain inhibitory effect on the growth of the microorganisn, cultured by it but there were significant diffe~nces among the effects on different species of microorganism. Moreover, same amount of broken leaves and whole leaves had different inhibitory effect on same species of microorganism.
