| 摘 要： | 该文以广西国有黄冕林场为研究对象。首先,分析广西国有黄冕林场林业产业发展历程、现状及森林资源状况。其次,分析广西国有黄冕林场林业产业发展中存在的主要问题,包括产业结构不平衡、树种和品种结构单一、森林资源开发不足以及人才匮乏等。再次,结合林场实际情况及社会发展趋势,提出广西国有黄冕林场林业产业发展对策建议:加快产业结构调整,建立多元化产业结构;顺应国有林场改革需要,大力发展新兴产业项目;因地制宜,大力发展乡土树种,提高经济效益和生态效益;充分挖掘和发挥自身资源优势,创新招商引资方式;坚持科技兴林发展战略,加强人才队伍建设等。

| Abstract: | This paper focused on Guangxi Huangmian state-owned forest farm. First of all,it analyzed devel?opment history,development status and forest resource status.Then,it analyzed the main problems of forest industry in Guangxi Huangmian state-owned forest farm,including industry structure imbalance,single tree species and variety structure,forest resources development insufficient and lack of human resources. Finally, the development direction were pointed out combining with the situation of Guangxi Huangmian state-owned forest farm and social trends,that looking both economic benefits and social benefits on the forest industry development strategy insisting first ecological development. Firstly,we should speed up the readjust?ment of the industrial structure,create a pluralistic enterprise structure;secondly,adapt to the reform of state-owned forest farms,we need to develop new industry projects;thirdly,according to local conditions,we should pay great attention to developing native species,improving economic and ecological benefits;fourthly, we must fully tap our forest resources,and innovative investment attraction ways;fifthly,we should insist on the development strategy of revitalizing forestry through science and technology,and strengthen human con?struction greatly. |
