| 摘 要： | 广东某猪场,哺乳仔猪和保育猪舍仔猪出现以神经症状、呼吸困难和关节炎为主要特征的疾病。发病猪样品经过实验室检测,结果表明猪伪狂犬病毒g E抗体和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒核酸呈阳性,细菌分离鉴定猪链球菌2型为阳性。综合临床症状、剖检变化及实验室检测结果,该例传染病诊断为猪伪狂犬病毒、繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征病毒和链球菌混合感染。

| Abstract: | A pig farms in Guangdong,suckling pigs and nursery pigsbroken out neurological symptoms,dys?pnoea and arthritis as the main clinical characteristics of the disease. Samples of infected pigs through lab?oratory tests,the results showed that the Porcine Pseudorabies virus(PRV)gE antibodyand Porcine Reproduc?tive and Respiratory Syndrome virus(PRRSV)nucleic acid positive,and the bacterial isolation and identifica?tion showed that Streptococcus suis type 2(SS2)positive. Comprehensiveclinical symptoms,pathological ana?tomical change and laboratory test results,the case of infectious disease diagnosis of PRV,PRRSV and SS2 co-infection. |
