福建黄兔血液生理生化指标的测定

摘    要:为了建立福建黄兔的血液正常生理生化指标。选择健康、体重约2.0kg的福建黄兔20只,雌雄各半,在普通环境中饲养观察一周,试验前禁食12h,自由饮水,清晨空腹耳静脉采血,采用HEMAVET950动物血液分析仪测定20项血液生理值,采用Sysmex Chemix-180全自动血液生化分析仪进行24项血液生化值的测定。结果表明:福建黄兔血液生理指标中除血红蛋白浓度(HGa)雌雄有显著差异外,其他指标差异均不显著;所测的福建黄兔各项血液生化指标雌雄均无显著性差异。说明福建黄兔雌雄间的生理生化值基本一致,不受性别因素的影响。

Abstract:The research was to determine the normal hematological and biochemical parameters of Fujian rabbits.Twenty healthy about 2.0 kg weight Fujian rabbits,male and female in half,were bred in conventional environment,and fasting for 12 h before experiment,drinking water with freedom,then took blood in the morning with empty stomach.20 items of hematological parameters were detected by automatic HEMAVET950 animal analyzer,and 24 items of biochemical parameters were done by automatic Sysmex Chemix-180 analyzer.The result showed that there were no significant on hematological parameters except the parameter HGB(Haemoglobin)between male and female of Fujian rabbits.All the Fujian rabbit biochemical parameters between male and female had not significant difference.Thus the results suggested that the hematological and biochemical parameters of Fujian rabbits between male and female were coincident basically,and were not affected by sex factor.
