大功率农用机械增扭器设计研究

摘    要:针对大功率农用机械在作业过程中换挡引起的功率流中断现象,本文提出了一种新型的负载换挡机构——行星齿轮增扭器。笔者设计了该增扭器的结构形式、传动方案,并通过软件Kisssoft对其整体结构进行了合理布置,对其相关结构参数进行了优化分析。

Abstract:Aiming at the phenomenon of power flow interruption caused by shifting gear in the operation process of high - power agricultural machinery, this paper presented a new - type load shifting mechanism : planetary gear torque booster. The author de- signed the structural style and transmission scheme of this torque booster, reasonably arranged its whole structure through using soft- ware Kisssoft, and optimized its some related structural parameters.
