摘    要:为研究具有相同HMW-GS组合小麦品种的品质差异情况,本研究利用山东农业大学品质育种实验室保存的种质资源和黄淮冬麦区新育成的小麦品种(系)230份,用SDS-PAGE电泳分析材料的亚基类型并筛选鉴定具有相同HMW-GS组合的小麦品种。结果表明:①在Glu-A1位点具有3种亚基类型(N、1、2*);Glu-B1位点具有5种亚基类型(6+8、7+8、7+9、14+15、17+18);Glu-D1位点具有2种亚基类型(2+12、5+10)。并筛选鉴定出具有相同HMW-GS(1、7+9、2+12)组合的小麦品种(系)12份。②对具有相同HMW-GS的小麦品种(系)进行了主要品质指标测定,其粗蛋白含量、湿面筋含量和吸水率变异较小,变异系数分别为4.5%、7.5%和4.4%;沉淀值、形成时间、稳定时间变异均较大,其中稳定时间变异最大,平均为3.7 min,变幅为1.6~15.1 min,变异系数为99.8%,由此表明,相同HMW-GS组合小麦品种(系)间主要品质指标存在较大差异,这为进一步研究HMW-GS对小麦品质的影响和小麦品质育种提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to study the quality difference among the wheat cultivars with same HMW-GS,230 wheat varieties stored in Quality-breeding Laboratory of Shandong Agricultural University and new-bred in Huang-huai region were analyzed.The results showed:①There were three HMW-GS types in Glu-A1(N,1,2*),five types in Glu-B1(6+8,7+8,7+9,14+15,17+18) and two types in Glu-D1(2+12,5+10).12 wheat varieties were identified with the same HMW-GS.②The quality analysis of the twelve wheat varieties showed that the variation coefficients of protein content,wet gluten content and water absorption rate were 5.8%,7.5% and 4.4%,respectively,and less than those of sedimentation value,development time and stability time.Among these quality characteristics,the variation coefficient of stability time was the highest which was 99.8%,and it changed between 1.6 minutes and 15.1 minutes.All these provided reference to wheat quality breeding.
