| 摘 要： | 防治仔猪肠型大肠杆菌病的新型制剂——克痢星搽剂．可经皮给药，透皮吸收产生与注射、灌药同等的疗效．只要当母猪给仔猪哺乳时，将药液涂搽于乳房外皮区或直接涂搽于仔猪体表，即可达到治疗的目的．该制剂既有高效广谱抗菌活性，又有免疫调节作用，既可用于治疗，又可用于预防

| Abstract: | A new form of preparation, Kelixin Liniment, used in the control and treatment of enteric colibacillosis in sucking piglets, is administered via transdermal absorption promoted by the newly synthesized cutaneous penetration enhancer Azone. In such a way, the newborn piglets with enteric colibacillosis can be simply and effectively treated by applicating drugs on the sow′s udder skin or the piglets′ body surfaces. The newly developed preparation is composed of both new antimicrobial with spectrum and high effectiveness and immunomediator, so that it is effective in both treating and preventing. |
