| 摘 要： | 利用昆虫杆状病毒表达系统表达的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征重组N蛋白作为抗原，包被聚苯乙烯微量反应板，建立了猪繁殖与呼吸综合征重组N蛋白-ELISA诊断方法。试验证明，该方法对其他8种猪疫病阳性血清均无交叉反应，对标准阳性样品的检出率为100%。具有敏感性高、特异性强的特点。

| Abstract: | An enzyme linked immunosorbent assay based on recombinant nucleocapsid protein expressed by baculovirus was developed.The experments indicated that N ELISA was specific, sensitive and suitable for large scales sero epidemiological investigation for pigs infected with PRRSV. |
