人工饲料饲养舞毒蛾的试验

摘    要:2000年和2001年利用人工饲料对舞毒蛾(Lymantria dispar L.)进行了饲养,并用柞树叶片饲养作对照:人工饲料饲养的1、2、3、4、5、6龄幼虫的平均发育历期分别为15、6、6、7、9、14d,幼虫发育总历期为57d;采用柞树叶片饲养的1、2、3、4、5、6龄幼虫的平均发育历期分别为12、6、6、6、8、14d,幼虫发育总历期为52d。从舞毒蛾幼虫头宽、体长比较来看,舞毒蛾1—4龄在头宽和体长上差异不大;5、6龄幼虫期间表现为:人工饲料饲养的舞毒蛾幼虫比柞树叶饲养的舞毒蛾幼虫头壳平均宽1mm左右,体长平均长2.4mm左右。

Abstract:Artificial diet was used to feed Lymantria dispar L. in the year of 2000 and 2001, and leaves of oak were used as control. The average developmental durations of larvae from 1 instar to 6 instars fed by artificial diet are 15,6,6,7,9 and 14 days, respectively, and the general developmental duration of larvae is 57 d. While the average developmental durations for those larvae fed by leaves of oak are 12, 6, 6, 6, 8 and 14 days, respectively, and the general developmental duration of larvae is 52 d. Judging from head width and body length of Lymantria dispar larvae, the differences of larvae from 1 to 4 instars are not significant, but the average head width of larva of 5 and 6 instars fed by artificial diet is 1mm more than those fed on leaves of oak, and the average body length is about 2.4 mm longer.
