摘    要:目的]研究连作烤烟对下部、中部和上部叶片淀粉和还原糖含量的影响。方法]以烤烟品种龙江911为试验材料,在大田条件下采用随机区组设计方法,以正茬为对照(CK),测定了叶片中淀粉和还原糖含量。结果]连作胁迫下,烤烟叶片中的淀粉和还原糖含量的变化趋势为正茬〉迎茬〉连作1年〉连作5年。连作明显降低了烤烟下部叶的淀粉含量,其中以连作5年对烟叶淀粉含量影响尤为明显,与正茬相比差异达到显著水平。连作降低了中、上部烟叶还原糖含量,而下部叶还原糖含量变化不大。结论]该研究为东北烤烟生产的可持续发展提供技术支撑。
