| 摘 要： | 收集了我国部分优秀田径运动员参加第12届柏林田径世锦赛和11届全运会田径比赛的有关数据资料,通过计算各项目比赛＂发挥率＂评价运动员超常发挥、正常发挥、失常发挥的比例状况。结果表明,我国田径运动员参加国际国内重大比赛的成绩有明显差异性,运动员存在着＂内战内行＂、＂外战外行＂的现实状况,＂内战＂依然是创造最佳战绩的主战场,但在重大比赛中运动员发挥失常的现象严重。我国田径运动员必须强化赛前最佳竞技状态、提高运动员自身竞技能力、实施赛前心理训练、异地参赛能力等实践性训练与研究。

| Abstract: | This article collected part of the relevant data on the excellent athletes attending the 12th World Athletic Championships and the 11th National Games track and field athletics.By calculating the competition play rate to evaluate the proportion of state of the athletes extraordinary play,normal play and abnormal play.
