摘    要:目的]研究盐酸克伦特罗对小鼠心肌SOD和GSH-PX活性以及MDA含量影响。方法]选用健康雄性小鼠为试验动物,采用腹腔注射法给药,注射不同浓度的盐酸克伦特罗,1次/d,连续给药30 d,末次给药后禁食12 h,脊椎脱臼法处死小鼠,迅速取出心脏,匀浆后测定超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果]盐酸克伦特罗可使小鼠心肌中SOD和GSH-PX活性显著降低,MDA含量显著升高。结论]大剂量盐酸克伦特罗可降低心肌抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of clenbuterol on the activities of SOD,GSH-PX and the content of MDA of myocardium in mice.Method] The health male mice were chosen as test animals and administrated with different concentration of clenbuterol by intraperitoneal injection for 30 days continuously.Then the feed was stopped for 12 h and mice was killed by using spinal dislocation method.And the heart was isolated and homogenated.Then the levels of SOD,MDA and GSH-PX were detected.Result] ...
