添加乳酸菌和纤维素酶对砂仁叶青贮品质的影响

摘    要:为研究添加乳酸菌(Lactobacillus farciminis,LF)以及纤维素酶对砂仁(Amomum Villosum)叶青贮品质的影响,试验将LF添加到砂仁叶青贮当中,并添加不同浓度的纤维素酶(Cellulase,C)和木聚糖酶(Xylanase,X)。采用完全随机区组试验,共10个试验组,分别为CK,0.3%C,0.6%C,0.2%X,0.4%X,CK+LF,0.3%C+LF,0.6%C+LF,0.2%X+LF和0.4%X+LF。青贮30 d后进行开袋取样测定其青贮品质和营养成分。结果表明:砂仁叶原料的纤维含量较高,可溶性碳水化合物的含量较低;添加LF和纤维素酶都极显著降低了砂仁叶青贮饲料的纤维含量和pH值;乳酸含量极显著升高(P<0.01)。LF和纤维素酶同时添加可有效提升砂仁叶的青贮品质。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of Lactobacillus farciminis (LF) and cellulase on the silage quality of Amomum villosum leaves,Lactobacillus farciminis (LF) was added to leaves of Amomum villosum for silage,together with different concentrations of Cellulase (C) and Xylanase (X). Two-factor (cellulase×LF) was used for complete randomized trials in ten test groups,CK,0.3%C,0.6%C,0.2%X,0.4%X,CK+LF,0.3%C+LF,0.6%C+LF,0.2%X+LF and 0.4%X+LF,respectively. After 30 days of silage,the silage quality and the nutritional components were measured after opening bag and sampling. The results showed that the fiber content of Amomum villosum leaves was high and the content of water soluble carbohydrates was low. The LF or cellulase addition significantly decreased the fiber content and pH value whereas significantly increased the lactic acid content (P<0.01). The simultaneous addition of LF and cellulase effectively improved the silage quality of Amomum villosum leaves.
