花绒穴甲幼虫人工饲料的开发研究

摘    要:花绒穴甲幼虫人工饲料的成分为蚕蛹粉、干燥酵母、安息香酸盐、山梨酸、蔗糖、蛋白胨、无水柠檬酸、酵母抽取物、墨鱼油( 或大豆油) 和蒸馏水,经杀菌处理制成.在吸水棉上添加人工饲料,转移接种花绒穴甲小幼虫( 体长平均6 .8 m m) 饲养,花绒穴甲幼虫平均取食时间为5 .1 d,老熟幼虫体长平均为12 .3 m m .经结茧、化蛹的过程,在室内成功培养出花绒穴甲子代成虫.从花绒穴甲子代成虫的羽化率、雌雄鞘翅长等项指标看,用人工饲料饲养和用中间寄主饲养的结果基本相同

Abstract:The components of artificial fodder used to raise Dastarcus helophorides were silkworm pupa powder,dried yeast,methyl p\|Hydroxy benzoate,sorbic acid,propionic acid,soy bean oil,squid oil,sucrose,peptone,citric acid,anhydrous,yeast extract,distilled water.The fodder was sterilized and put on sop\|cotton,then it was transferred and inoculated on the small larvae of Dastarcus helophorides (body length 6.8?mm) and feeding it.The average eating time of larvae was 5.1 days.The average length of mature larva of Dastarcus helophorides was 12.3?mm.Through the cocoon and filial generation,adults of Dastarcus helophorides were successfully brought up.From the indicators such as adult eclosion rate and wing length of male and female guide line,the effects of using artificial feeding and using midway host were identical.
