摘    要:基于TRIZ理论,对自返式运输车进行创新设计。分析了其功能原理和结构,开发了一种可自驱前进并自动返回的运输车。该车不需人或任何其它能源驱动,而是利用自身结构特点,自动形成驱动力,并具有急回特性。其适用于一般轻型传动,可代替或减轻人的劳动,省时省力,是运输机械中的创新产品。

Abstract:Based on TRIZ, a creative design of self-return conveying vehicle has been accomphshed. Its functional principle and structure are analyzed. A type of self-driven and self-return conveying vehicle is exploited. The conveying vehicle needs no man or any other power source. It can create driven force by structural characteristic of itself. And it has the advantage of quick-return. It is applicable to light load transmission. It can take the place of man and decrease the quantity of man' s work. Using this kind of vehicle, time and force can be saved. It is a creative product of conveying machinery.
