| Abstract: | Agricultural administrative law enforcement exist problem, such as laws and regulations in the implementation is not in place, varying quality of law enforcement officers, taw enforcement agencies are not perfect, law enforcement is not standardized, and law enforcement system is irrational, we must strengthen legal education to raise awareness of the legal system, improve the overall quality of farm supervisors and improve the supervision institutions, strengthen the supervision over law enforcement strategies, so as to enhance agricultural administrative law enforcement. |
