| 摘 要： | 2009年7月至12月,收集福州周边猪场送检的71份病料,采用荧光定量RT-PCR法进行PCV2检测。结果表明,7～9月份送检病料的PCV2阳性率为34.37%,而10～12月份送检病料的PCV2阳性率高达94.87%,从检测的结果来看,冬天寒冷季节PCV2感染率明显高于夏季。

| Abstract: | From July to December in 2009,71 patient materials were collected from the farm around Fuzhou to detect PCV2 by RTPCR .The results showed that from July to September the PCV2 positive rate of submission materials was 34.37%,while from October to December the PCV2 positive rate was 94.87%.So the incidence of PCV2 in winter was higher than that in summer. |
