摘    要:研究制定高效液相色谱法测定饲料添加剂中盐酸林可霉素含量的方法。采用waters2695高效液相色谱仪,C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以0.05 mol/l硼砂溶液:甲醇(55:45)为流动相;流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:214 nm。主峰和相邻峰有较好的分离;盐酸林可霉素在14.7~492μg/ml范围内线形良好,R2=0.998 7(n=6),检测限为0.15μg,平均回收率分别为98.7%、99.5%、99.1%。该方法快速、灵敏、可靠,可用于饲料添加剂中盐酸林可霉素的含量测定。

Abstract:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of lincomycin hydrochloride in feed additives.In this HPLC method,Waters 2695,C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was adopted,the mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol/l borax solution-methanol(55:45) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min with the detection wavelength of nm.The prominent peak and the neighbor peak could be completely separated by the methed.The srandard curve was linear in the range of 14.7~492 μg/ml(R2=0.998 7,n=6).The detection limit was 0.15 μg.The average recoveries were 98.7%,99.5%,99.1%.The established method is rapid,sensitive and reliable for the quality control of lincomycin Hydrochlorid in feed additive.
