| 摘 要： | 本文综述自70年代以来利用原生质体进行细胞结构和生理研究的进展.内容包括:用以细胞结构和生理研究的原生质体的制备;利用原生质体进行细胞结构,尤其是细胞壁再生的研究;利用原生质体进行细胞生理的研究,着重反映光合作用和跨膜运输两方面的内容.

| Abstract: | The main developments on the use of plant protoplasts in cytological and cell physiological researches are focused in this review,in which threeparls arc included:(1) The removal of the cell wall and purification is more stringent for protoplasts used for cytological and metabolic researches than those for general studies.(2)The use of protoplasts in cytological researches,cspecially in wall regeneration.(3)The useof protoplasts in cell physiological researches,including photosynthesis,respiration,especial- ly membrane-mediated metabolite transport. |
