桃花器官发育后期营养元素含量与雄性育性的关系

摘    要:3年测定不同雄性育性桃花器官营养元素 ,结果表明 :随着花粉母细胞发育期进展 ,不同育性花器官中元素含量变化为 :Ca呈从高 -低下降趋势 ;而Zn呈上升趋势 ;Cu、B从低 -高 -稍高 -低 ;N、P、Mg、Mn、K呈低 -渐高 -高 -稍低趋势。成熟可育雄蕊中有低的Ca、Mg、Cu、B等含量和高的N、P、Mn等含量。Ca、B可能与花粉管向化性物质有关 ;钾与促进蛋白质和核酸形成 ,保持原生质的水合程度有关 ;N与可育花粉中游离脯氨酸 ,水解酶类等有关 ;P与核酸含量有关 ;Mn与花粉能量代谢有关

Abstract:Sampling peach flower organs in different male fertility breeds was conducted for nutrient element analysis in three years.The nutrient element change tendency at different mother cell development stage was as follows:Calcium changed from high to low;Zinc rose steadily;Copper and Boron changed in the tendency of low highest higher low;Nitrogen,Phosphorus,Mangesium,Manganese and Potassium changed in the tendency of low higher highest lower .In mature fertile stamen,there were lower contents of Calcium,Magnesium,Copper and Boron as well as higher contents of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Manganese than that in mature sterile stamen.Calcium and Boron may have relevance to leading chemical substance;Potassium may advance composition of protein(enzyme)and nucleic acids and keep link with protoplast hydrate;Nitrogen may be concerned with free proline and hydrolytic enzyme;Phosphorus may have connection with the content of nucleic acids;and Manganese may have realtions to energy metabolism of pollen.
