摘    要:6月上旬,选取2年生红花槭嫩枝作插穗,研究不同基质、不同生根激素及质量浓度对红花槭嫩枝扦插生根性状的影响,结果表明:APT 1和NAA以3种质量浓度浸泡处理2 h对插穗的生根效果均有提高,其中APT 1对红花槭嫩枝扦插的生根促进作用优于NAA.就质量浓度而言,无论是APT 1,还是NAA,均以100 mg/L为最好,生...

Abstract:The research on the effect of hormoze and medium substrate on rooting capability of twigs of two-year old Acer rubrum L.was conducted in the first ten days of June.Results showed that two hours treatment in three concentrations of APT 1 and NAA were positive for rooting in which APT 1 was better.The concentration of 100 mg/L both of APT 1 and NAA was best for rooting.The rooting rates were 86.6% and 75.7% in ATP 1 and NAA,which were 64.4% and 53.5% higher than that in the control treatment,respectively.The number of roots in the treatment of ATP 1 and NAA was 7.1 and 5.2 more than that in the control treatment,respectively.In addition,the length of root was also 88.7cm and 65.21cm longer than that in the control treatment,respectively.The cutting survival ratio,root number and root length were 90.9%,12.5 and 121.6 cm in the substrate with vermiculite and perlite(1∶1),respectively.It indicated that best effect was found in substrate with the mixture of vermiculite and perlite(1∶1) among the four medium substrates of perlite,sand,vermiculite,and the mixture of vermiculite and perlite(1∶1).The hormone might have better effect than medium substrate on the rooting capability of twigs of Acer rubrum L.
