玉米茎腐病侵染规律的研究

摘    要:作者首次提出了玉米茎腐病侵染分成4个阶段的理论,即发病前期(I),根系显症期(Ⅱ),病害快速上升期(Ⅲ),植株地上部显症期(Ⅳ)。根据田间病株症状系统观察、病菌分离以及病组织显微观察,明确了茎腐病 是以生育前期侵 染为主,后期侵染为主,后期侵染为辅的病害。植株地上部受害症状受根系被害程度和环境因素制约。降雨和高温是影响病程发展速度的关键因子。两种茎腐病菌只有到植株散粉期才能进入茎基髓部。

Abstract:A new model was suggested on the division of infection stages in corn stalk rot. It showed that the pathogen infection to host could be divided into four stages, pre-patho-genesis( I ), symptom appearing in root systems ( II ) , rapid development of disease ( III ) and symptom appearing in above ground part of plant (IV ), The seedling infection was considered dominated over the cycle of this disease whereas the later infection was of secondary importance according to systematic observation of diseased plants, pathogen isolation at different stages of plant development and microscopic observation of diseased tissues. Symptoms appearing in above-ground part of plants depended on extent of the damage of roots and some factors in environment. More rainfall and higher temperature exposed a great influence on pathogenesis development. Two kinds of stalk rot pathogens (Fusarium spp. and Pythium aphanidermatum) penetrated up to pith at stem base until the plant grew into head sprout stage.
