| 摘 要： | 中庸之道其实就是运用辨证的理论和方法解决矛盾、处理工作生活中出现的问题,编辑工作也同样需要辨证的思维方式,期刊出版的各个环节,如审稿、评价、编辑、校对以及读者、作者、编者之间的沟通等都是充满矛盾的过程,编审人员尤其需要培养辨证思维,运用中庸之道解决工作与生活中出现的问题。具体表现为编辑人员应采取不偏不倚的辨证态度和方法处理审稿环节、从不同角度和层次去进行编校工作,提高出版质量;采纳中庸之道有利于编校人员的身心健康,利用中庸之道有利于促进读者、作者、编者之间以及部门之间的沟通。

| Abstract: | The doctrine of mean is a method to resolve the contradiction and troubles by the dialectical theory Which can be used in editing.All links in the press including peer review,appraisal, editing,proofreading and exchanging among editor with reader and author are full of the contradiction.It is particularly important for editors to use the dialectical theory to treat troubles in the work and life.The detailed methods of the the doctrine of mean may include appropriate results of peer review,editing and proofreading from different ways,which will help editors keep healthy during work and communicate efficiently among editor with readers author and other departments. |
