摘    要:为了解贵州野生湖北百合的耐热性,对其设置不同高温(28℃、31℃、34℃、37℃、41℃、43℃)和不同时间(12、24、48、72h)处理,测定各处理对叶片的膜透性、抗氧化物系统保护酶、可溶性物质等生理指标。结果表明,随着温度升高和时间的延长,MDA含量上升、相对电导率增加,则膜透性增强;可溶性糖含量、Pro含量呈现升高趋势;CAT活性呈现先升高后下降趋势。同一温度下,随着时间的延长,各处理POD活性呈现先升高后下降趋势,但43℃处理呈持续升高;31℃、34℃和37℃处理不同时间SOD活性呈现下降-升高-下降趋势变化,28℃、40℃和43℃处理呈现先降低后升高趋势;可溶性蛋白质含量呈升高-降低-升高的变化趋势。通过主成分分析,MDA含量、POD活性、Pro含量和可溶性糖含量是野生湖北百合高温胁迫的主导指标;其次,SOD活性、可溶性蛋白含量也是次要的指标。

Abstract:In order to understand the heat resistance of wild Lilium henryi occurring in Guizhou Province,wild L.henryi plants were treated by different temperatures (namely,28℃,31℃,34℃,37℃,41℃ and 43℃) with different time durations (12,24,48 and 72h).Relative physiological indices of the leaves were measured,including membrane permeability,protective enzymes of anti-oxidation system and soluble substances.The results showed that the MDA content and relative electric conductivity,membrane permeability,soluble sugar and proline contents of the leaves increased with the increase of temperature and time.CAT activity tended to increase first and then decrease.Under the same temperature,POD activity of all treatments increased first and then decreased with time,except for the 43℃ treatment,in which POD activity increased all the time.Under the temperatures of 31℃,34℃ and 37℃,SOD activity showed a trend of decrease-increase-decrease,while under the temperatures of 28℃,40℃ and 43℃,SOD activity tended to decrease and then increase.Soluble protein content showed a trend of increase-decrease-increase.By means of principal analysis,POD activity,MDA,proline and soluble sugar content were the main physiological indexes under high temperature stress,followed by SOD activity and soluble protein content.
