牛源粪肠球菌人工感染BALB/c雌鼠肾脏组织过程中PRNP和PRND的表达变化研究

摘    要:为了研究牛源粪肠球菌感染对小鼠PRNP和PRND基因表达水平的影响,用牛源粪肠球菌感染小鼠,在1~7 d内解剖小鼠,制作病理组织革兰氏染色及石蜡切片HE染色,最后通过荧光定量PCR检测感染后1~7 d内PRNP和PRND的表达情况。结果表明:牛源粪肠球菌感染BALB/c雌鼠后,肾脏组织病变较明显,实时荧光定量检测确实对PRNP和PRND基因的表达量存在影响;球菌感染PRNP和PRND基因在每个时段的表达量均高于空白对照组。说明小鼠肾脏的PRNP和PRND基因的表达水平随着感染时间的改变而发生变化。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of enterococcus faecalis from cattle infection on the expression levels of PRNP and PRND in mice,the effects of enterococcus faecalis from cattle infection on normal tissue cells were discussed.In this study,enterococcus faecalis from cattle infected mice were dissected within 1-7 d,and gram staining of pathological tissues and HE staining of paraffin sections were prepared.Finally,the expression of PRNP and PRND within 1-7 d after infection was quantitatively detected by fluorescence.The resulted showed that after enterococcus faecalis from cattle infection in BALB/c female mice,renal tissue lesions were more obvious,and real-time fluorescence quantitative detection did affect the expression levels of PRNP and PRND genes.The expression levels of PRNP and PRND genes in coccal infection were higher than those in blank control group at each time period.The expression levels of PRNP and PRND genes in mouse kidney changed with the change of infection time.
