钾肥对黄花梨叶片物质代谢及产量与品质的影响

摘    要:为提高黄花梨产量与品质,以5 a生黄花梨为试材,采用田间试验研究不同钾肥水平对黄花梨叶片物质代谢、果实产量与品质的影响.结果表明:株施K2SO40.27~0.81 kg能显著提高黄花梨叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量和叶绿素总量,不同程度提高叶片游离氨基酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量和降低丙二醛含量;黄花梨产量、果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C和总酸含量分别提高10.57%~9.09%、4.0%~16.2%、6.9%~11.3%、1.8%~11.4%和5.0%~15.5%,硝酸盐含量降低0.4%~3.6%.以中钾处理(株施K2SO40.54kg)效果最好,显著提高了黄花梨叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质含量,显著提高果实硬度、Vc含量、可溶性固形物含量和总酸量,显著降低了叶片丙二醛和果实硝酸盐含量.适宜的钾能促进黄花梨生长发育,提高果实产量和改善品质.

Abstract:5-year-old Huanghua pear was used as materials for studying the effect of applying potassium on the leaf substance metabolism, yield and quality of Huanghua pear. Results indicated that application of sulfuric acid potassium within 0. 27-0. 81kg per tree, the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were obviously increased ,and the total free amino acids, water-soluble sugar and water-soluble protein content of leaves of Huanghua pear were improved and the MDA was decreased to some extent, the fruit yield, the flesh firmness, vitamin C, the soluble solid and the acid content of fruits were improved by 10. 57%-9. 09%,4. 0%-16. 2%,6. 9%-11.3%,1.8%-11.4% and 5. 0%-15. 5%, respectively ,and the nitrate content was decreased by 0. 4%-3.6%. Applying 0. 54 kg K2SO4 per tree was the best treatment, which could remarkably enhance the chlorophyll content , total free amino acids, water-soluble sugar and water-soluble protein content of leaves of Huanghua pear, the flesh firmness, vitamin C, the soluble solid and the total acid content of fruits of Huanghua pear, and obviously decrease MDA content of leaves and nitrate content of fruits of Huanghua pear. As a result, applying proper potassium improved the growth and development of Huanghua pear, enhanced its yield and quality.
