番茄幼苗茎的解剖学数量性状研究

摘    要:对3个番茄品种幼苗茎的解剖学数量性状观测表明,同一番茄品种内茎维管束距表皮的细胞层数、茎维管束间细胞层数和茎无维管束分化部位单位面积(mm2)细胞数3个解剖学参数基本相同,3个品种间的差异也较小。在对解剖学数量性状研究的基础上,初步探讨了番茄幼苗茎发育的机理。

Abstract:The result of quantitative characteres for anatomy in seedling′s stems of three varieties tomatoes showed that the cell population between vascular bundle and epidermis, the cellular layers among vascular bundles and the cell population in an unit area (mm2) of no vascular bundle areas were similar in and between stems of three varieties tomatoes. On the foundation of these studies, the developmental mechanism of tomato seedling stem was disscussed.
