细纤度蚕丝及其制品的研究进展

摘    要:作为特种茧丝代表的细纤度蚕丝及其制品的开发,一直为国内外学者所关注,其研究取得了积极进展。采用抗保幼激素类似物诱导蚕三眠化和育成细纤度蚕品种,生产单丝纤度约2.0D(2.222dtex)的细纤度蚕丝并研发出特性制品,受到市场欢迎。用"超细素"改变蚕的眠性,开发出单丝纤度约1D(1.111dtex)的超细纤度蚕丝,其制品具有光泽与风味独特、抗皱、染色优、效益高等特性,表现出很好的开发利用价值。

Abstract:The research and development of fine size silk as representative of special silk variety,and its products are being concerned by lots of scholars at home and abroad,which have achieved positive progresses.Using the induction of trimolter by anti-juvenile hormone analogs and the breeding of fine size silkworm variety,the fine size silk of about 2.0 D(2.222 dtex) and its special products received by the market were developed.The ultrafine size silk of about 1.0 D(1.111 dtex) were developed by using "superfine plain" to change the moultinism of silkworm,and its products have good characteristics as unique luster and flavor,anti-wrinkle,excellent stainability,high efficiency etc.,showing the good development and utilization value.
