| 摘 要： | 据近5年蚕种企业财务状况,浙江省蚕种生产企业财务的基本状况是：生产规模偏小、资产质量不高、资产收益率低、所有者权益指标不佳。根据企业财务现状,提出了深化改革,加强管理;一业为主,多元发展;加强基础,增强竞争力的对策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the financial status of silkworm eggs companies in Zhejiang province in nearly five years,the problems were summarized as follows：the small scale of production,low asset quality,low rate of return assets,underperforming of owners＇ equity index.The countermeasures for these problems were also proposed as follows： deepening the reform and strengthening the management;one main,multivariate development;strengthening the basic to enhance the competitiveness. |
