滇牡丹和紫斑牡丹胚乳中氮磷含量的测定

摘    要:目的]研究滇牡丹、紫斑牡丹胚乳中氮磷的含量。方法]分别采用直接吸光光度法、靛酚蓝比色法、过硫酸钾氧化吸光光度法测定了滇牡丹、紫斑牡丹胚乳中氨态氮、硝态氮和总氮的含量,采用硫酸-钼酸铵抗坏血酸还原法测定了滇牡丹、紫斑牡丹胚乳中磷的含量。结果]滇牡丹和紫斑牡丹胚乳中氮的主要存在形式是氨态氮,硝态氮含量较少;紫斑牡丹胚乳中氨态氮、硝态氮、总氮及磷的含量均高于滇牡丹。结论]在牡丹组织培养中,该研究结果可为培养基中氮磷的调节与准确定量提供理论依据。
