应用PEG渗调提高大豆种子活力的研究

摘    要:用30%PEG6000溶液浸泡大豆种子2天,可以促进萌发,增强幼苗长势,提高活力指数;在田间状况下:出苗率提高,齐苗期提早,苗期的株高与重量也有所增加。在不良环境条件下,应用渗透调控法对促进种子萌发的效果更为明显。经 PEG 处理的大豆种子,能提高耐低温和耐热能力,并具有一定的耐盐性,保持较高发芽率。PEG 渗调还有利于膜的修复与重建。

Abstract:The aim of this investigation was to examine the effect of osmocon-ditioning on soybean seeds.By using 30% PEG 6000 to soak the seedsfor 2 days at 17℃,the germination rate and vigor index of seeds wereincreased when they germinated at lower temperature(11℃)or highertemperature(32-35℃)or ordinary temperature(17℃)or soaked with 0.1-0.2M NaCl solution.Under the stress conditions,the effect of osmotictreatment might be much obvious than that in optimal condition.Whensoybean seeds were planted early in moist and...
