| 摘 要： | 用30%PEG6000溶液浸泡大豆种子2天,可以促进萌发,增强幼苗长势,提高活力指数;在田间状况下:出苗率提高,齐苗期提早,苗期的株高与重量也有所增加。在不良环境条件下,应用渗透调控法对促进种子萌发的效果更为明显。经 PEG 处理的大豆种子,能提高耐低温和耐热能力,并具有一定的耐盐性,保持较高发芽率。PEG 渗调还有利于膜的修复与重建。
