| 摘 要： | 目的：研究宫颈癌的手术治疗方式。方法：回顾性分析1998年12月一2002年9月手术治疗宫颈癌37例。结果：存活34例且身体状况良好；术后复发1例，现正在化疗中；术后死亡2例。结论：宫颈癌的手术范围应根据临床期别、病灶大小、病理类型等综合考虑。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the effect of surgical management of cervical cancer Methods:A retrospective analysis of 37 women with cervical carcinoma received operation between December 1998 and September 2002 was performed.Results:Among them,34 cases had good results.2 died,and 1 recurred after operation.Conclusion:The surgical extent of cervical cancer should depend on its clinical stage,lesion size,pathological type and so on. |
