| 摘 要： | 针对我国玉米秸秆收储需要,设计开发了一种固定式电机拖动玉米秸秆打捆机。该机具有玉米秸秆喂入、打捆压缩、计数和放线包膜等功能。打捆主动力采用变频调速三相交流电机,调整方便,可满足不同湿度、压缩率的打捆要求。放线部分采用直流伺服电机,具有自动完成放线包膜等功能。电动推杆完成解锁和卸载工作。该机采用触摸屏和PLC和多个传感器组成控制系统,可方便直观地完成参数输入、系统监视和故障报警诊断等任务。整机结构设计合理,环境适应性好,工作效率高,可以很好地满足玉米秸秆打捆工作要求。

| Abstract: | This paper describes stationary motor-driven corn straw baler.The machine has many functions,which can feed the corn stalk,compress,count and release lines.The main driving power is a three-phase AC motor.It uses frequency conversion speed,easy to adjust the speed at different humidity(compression rate) case,can be adapted to the speed requirements.Release line system using a DC servo motor,it can automatically release and cut-off the line.The Motorized Faders unloading device proceeded to unlock and unload.Control system is composed by the touch screen and PLC,with parameters inputting,system monitoring and troubleshooting functions.It is very easy and intuitive.This machine has good environmental adaptability and high efficiency. |
