| 摘 要： | 将人白蛋白聚合,并进行辣根过氧化物酶标记,建立了人聚合白蛋白受体测定的夹心ELISA方法.采用夹心ELISA,对21份HBsAg阳性猪血清进行了PHSA-R测定,查出19份PHSA-R阳性.对11份HBsAg阳性血清进行了HBV-DNA斑点杂交,查出4份HBV-DNA阳性.检测结果表明,猪血清中出现的PHSA-R阳性、HBsAg阳性、HBV-DNA阳性具有部分一致性.

| Abstract: | The human serum albumin was polymerized and labelled with HRP. A sandwich ELISA method was adopted to detect the PHSA-R in pig sera. 21 samples of HBsAg positive pig sera were examined, in which 19 were PHSA -R positive. Among 11 samples of HBsAg positive pig sera four were HBV-DNA positive with HBV -DNA blot hybridization. The results showed that there existed partial unity among PHSA -R positive, HBsAg positive, HBV -DNA positive. |
