| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国的农村区域经济发展如火如荼,但在这过程中也不定期出现缺乏创新动力,陷入弱势平衡状态的情况。本文通过分析现阶段农村区域经济发展对人力资源管理的要求,建立人力资源与农村区域经济模型,分析人力资源对农村区域经济增长的总体效应,提出了农村区域经济内的人力资源开发政策建议和重要意义。

| Abstract: | At the present stage of our country regional economic development like a raging fire, but in the process also regularly appears to lack innovation power, in the weak equilibrium condition. This article through the analysis present stage of economic development in rural areas of the requirements of human resources management, establish human resource and rural regional economy model, the analysis of human resources in rural area economic growth in the overall effect, put forward rural region economy within the human resource development policy recommendations and significance. |
