| 摘 要： | 对分离自不同年代患病畜禽的196株大肠杆菌采用纸片扩散法对20种抗菌药物(氨苄西林、阿莫西林、头孢氨苄、头孢呋辛钠、头孢曲松、四环素、多西环素、链霉素、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、氯霉素、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、土霉素、头孢噻呋、磺胺异恶唑、安普霉素、氟本尼考和甲氧苄啶)的耐药性进行了监测。结果表明:分离菌株除对头孢氨苄、头孢呋辛钠、头孢曲松、安普霉素全部敏感外,对其余抗菌药物均显示出不同程度的耐药性。不同年代分离菌株对多数抗菌药物的耐药性呈现逐渐增强的变化趋势,菌株的多重耐药率也明显增加。不同年代菌株显示出不尽相同的耐药谱,且耐药谱呈现出不断增宽的趋势。

| Abstract: | 196 strains of Escherichia coli were isolated from diseased animals of different periods.Which was conducted by Antibiotic resistance to twenty antimicrobial drugs (Ampicillin,Amo xicillin,Cephalexin,Cefuroxime sodium,Ceftriaxone,Tetracycline,Doxycin,Streptomycin,Gentamicin,Kanamycin,Chloramphenicol,Ciprofloxacin,Norfloxacin,Ofloxacin,Oxytetracin,Ceftiofur,Gantrisin Acetyl,Apramycin,Florfenicol,Trimethoprim) was detected and analyzed by disk diffusion susceptibility test.The results showed that the isolates showed a greater or lesser degree resistance to fifteen antimicrobial drugs escept to Cephalexin,Cefuroxime sodium,Ceftriaxone and Apramycin.The rates of most strains resist to antib-iotic showed an increasing tendency.There was also a significantly increasing tendency of these strains’ multi-resistance.There are different antibiotic types in different periods,and there is also a significantly increasing tendency of these strains' multi-resistance. |
