| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高和"瘦肉精"毒奶粉"等事件的相继曝光,动物性食品中药物残留的问题愈来愈受到人们的高度重视。肉质细嫩、味道鲜美的农家放养土鸡,以其绿色生态的品质越来越受消费者的欢迎,放养土鸡的市场售价也大大高于快大型肉鸡。
