特耐旱耐瘠玉米新种(系)对比试验

摘    要:衡星101号玉米品种是利用玉米属间远缘杂交,用玉米为母本,先后与高粱、薏苡、大刍草、加马草等属间植物相杂交,用蒙导等技术克服了远缘杂交的不亲合性,获得了亲本种子,为玉米育种提供了新的多样基因,结合理化处理,基因重组等综合技术育种路线。利用所获种质资源培育出的玉米新物种,它具有高糖(秸秆总糖含量达21.90%以上),是普通玉米秸秆的6.6倍;籽粒秸秆双优(籽蛋白质11.50%、秆9.26%),比普通玉米高出64.80%和2.2倍;籽粒、秸秆双高产(籽增18.00%,秆增1.2倍);粮、饲、糖、能兼得4大创新点。经全国各区域试验,由于其独特的高光能利用率,耐旱、耐寒、耐瘠、耐盐碱及抗病虫、抗倒伏6项抗自然逆境能力集于一身,不但粮食产量8250kg/hm2,而且收秸秆27000kg/hm2,达到籽粒秸秆双高产。

Abstract:Hengxing101 corn varieties of corn is between of distant hybridization between, The use of corn for maternal, successively and Sorghum, Coix, teosinte, plus horse grass and other plants between phase hybrid, with the technology have overcome the distant hybridization between No affinity, won the parents seeds. For corn provides a new variety breeding gene, combined with physical and chemical processing, genetic restructuring, and other comprehensive technical breeding line, by use of germplasm resources of corn produced new species. It has high sugar (straw total sugar content of more than 21.90%), is ordinary corn straw of 6.6 times. Grain straw association (seed protein 11.50%, stem, 9.26%), 64.80% higher than average corn and 2.2 times. Grain straw double high yield (seed increased by 18.00%, the stem 1.2 times). Food, feeding, sugar, can have it all four big innovations. Approved by the national regional test, because of its unique highlights can utilization, Drought resistance, cold resistance, alkali resistance, pain and pest and disease resistance, resistance to lodging six natural adversity resistance capacity set at a suit, not only the food production 8 250 kg per hm2, and accept the straw and 27 000 kg per hm2. To achieve high yield grain straw double.
