我国南方野生狗牙根遗传多样性的RAPD分析

摘    要:对采自我国南方不同地区的25份野生狗牙根〔Cynodon dactylon(L.)Pers.〕进行了RAPD分子标记分析。选用18个引物共扩增出151.0条带,平均每个引物扩增出8.4条带,其中多态性带136.0条,多态带百分率达到90.17%,材料间遗传相似性系数为0.520~0.821。供试材料可聚为4类。聚类分析结果表明:25份狗牙根居群间的亲缘关系与地理分布有一定的相关性。

Abstract:Using 18 RAPD primers, the genetic diversity of 25 wild Cynodon dactylon assessions from southern China was investigated.Among the 25 Cynodon dactylon assessions, a total of 151.0 bands were detected by 18 primers, and each primer amplified bands with the mean of 8.4 bands, 136.0 out of 151.0 bands (90.17%) were polymorphic. The RAPD-based genetic similarity (GS) values among 25 native Cynodon dactylon ranged from 0.520 to 0.821, indicating rather rich genetic diversity. Analysis of clustering showed that all the 25 accessions can be distinguished by RAPD markers and divided into 4 groups according to the nearest phylogenetic relationship, and the genetic diversity in bermudagrass accessions based on RAPD genetic similarity was partly correlated with geographic distribution.
