| 摘 要： | 首先分析了蔬菜中有害残留物质的来源,并对常见的有害物质的毒性进行了介绍,对于常见的物理检测方法的原理及各种方法的优缺点进行了分析,并针对有害残留物质提出了合理的蔬菜培育过程及方法。
