| 摘 要： | 根据农业部制定的牛、猪、羊O型、亚洲Ⅰ(AsiaⅠ)型、A型口蹄疫免疫程序,有针对性地对北京市密云地区奶牛A型口蹄疫免疫后的抗体水平进行跟踪监测,通过监测结果分析,初步摸索到奶牛口蹄疫A型灭活疫苗免疫后的抗体消长规律。通过分析可以看出有基础免疫的经产奶牛、青年奶牛初免后1个月加强1次,A型口蹄疫的免疫抗体合格率在4个月内均能达到农业部规定的免疫抗体滴度70%以上的保护水平,有明显的免疫效果。犊牛90日龄初免,免疫剂量分别是成年奶牛的50%,间隔1个月进行第2次强化免疫,口蹄疫的免疫抗体保护率水平仍低于70%,因此鉴于上述情况2免后1个月又进行了3免,以后每隔4个月免疫1次才完全能够达到农业部免疫抗体合格率。

| Abstract: | According to the ministry of agriculture in cows, pigs and sheep course, the asian Ⅰ (Ⅰ) asia, a type of foot-and-mouth disease immunization program, pertinently Miyun area of Beijing dairy cattle a type of foot-and-mouth disease the level of immunity, followed by monitoring and surveillance results, the preliminary analysis and to the foot-and-mouth disease a model out of the antibodies vaccine contending parties. by analyzing the laws that have a basis of the immunity from cows, the young cows from one month after the strengthening of a time, a type of foot-and-mouth disease immune antibodies qualified vaccination rate. |
