| 摘 要： | 通过分析强化气象灾害防御,做好应急处置措施的意义,增加气象服务的超前性、敏锐性、主动性和气象人员责任感和使命感,是做好气象灾害防御的必要条件;同时指出做好应急处置服务工作及相关部门加大对气象工作的领导、支持和协调配合力度,强化气象灾害防御,做好应急处置措施工作必须法制化。
