牛心朴子草化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的]分离、鉴定牛心朴子草的化学成分。方法]利用柱层析等方法对经AB-8大孔吸附树脂处理的牛心朴子草提取液进行进一步的分离,对分离得到的化合物采用质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱等手段进行表征。结果]分离得到的化合物为白色针状晶体,mp:90~92℃。该化合物的EI-MS图谱表明其分子离子峰为238(M),基峰为m/z 238,碎片峰m/z 77证实了分子中苯环的存在;1HNMR图谱显示了分子结构中不同类型质子的信号及其化学位移情况。结论]牛心朴子草的化学成分是3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸甲酯。分子式为C12H14O5,分子量为238。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to isolate and identify the chemical component of Cynanchum komarovii.Method] The extract from C.komarovii treated with AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin was further isolated by the methods such as column chromatography.The isolated compound was characterized by the means of mass spectrometry(MS),infrared spectrum(IR), nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectra and so on.Result] The isolated compound was white acicular crystal with mp of 90~92 ℃.The EI-MS map of this compound showed the molecular ion peak was 238(M),base peak was m/z 238 and fragment peak was m/z 77,which proved the existence of benzene ring in the molecule. 1HNMR map revealed the signals of different types of protons in the molecular structure and their chemical shift stations.Conclusion] The chemical component of C.komarovii was 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyl methyl cinnamate,with molecular formula of C12H14O5 and molecular weight of 238.
