| 摘 要： | 目的]研究紫穗槐（Amorpha fruticosa L.）多倍体诱导的最优条件。方法]选取秋水仙素浓度、光照时间和根尖长度3个因素,每个因素3个水平,采用L9（34）正交试验设计,对紫穗槐多倍体诱导条件进行优化。结果]紫穗槐根尖诱导的最佳条件为：秋水仙素的浓度为0.050%,无光照,根尖长度为0~4mm。结论]该研究可为开展紫穗槐多倍体育种奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to study the optimal conditions of polyploidy induction in Amorpha fruticosa L..Method] Three levels factors of each factors,colchicine concentration,illumination time and temperature,were chose to carry out L9(34)orthogonal design to optimize the polyploidy induction conditions in Amorpha fruticosa L..Result] The results showed that optimal conditions of polyploidy induction in Amorpha fruticosa L.was as follow:the colchicine concentration 0.050%,darkness and the root tip length 0-4 mm.Conclusion] The study can lay basis for polyploidy breeding of Amorpha fruticosa L.in future. |
