复方乌梅对鲤鱼非特异性免疫的影响

摘    要:采用复方乌梅按1.0%饲料配比分阶段地投喂鲤鱼进行为期16 d的药效试验,于试验第9 d用温和气单胞菌进行攻毒,分别测定攻毒后的鲤鱼死亡率和非特异性免疫指标。结果显示:3个试验组鲤鱼死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中全程给药组死亡率最低;红细胞数、NBT阳性细胞数、淋巴细胞吞噬活性均表现为试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中全程给药组与对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01);免疫器官指数和血红蛋白含量试验组与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此表明复方乌梅能明显增强鲤鱼的非特异性免疫和对温和气单胞菌的抗感染能力,并且全程给药组的免疫效果最佳。

Abstract:The aim is to study the effect of compounds fructus mume on the non-specific immune response of cyprinus carpio.They were fed with basic diet added with compounds fructus mume with the level of 1.0% at different stages.The experiment lasted for 16 days.The control group was fed with basic diet and three test groups were fed with compounds fructus mume,attacked with aeromonas sobria on the 9th day.The mortality rate of cyprinus carpio and some indices of non-specific immunity were measured after attacking aeromonas sobria.The results showed that the mortality rate of three test groups was lower than the control group significantly(P<0.05).And the continuous treatment group(groupⅡ) showed the lowest mortality rate.The number of red blood cells and NBT-positive cells,capacity of lymphocyte phagocytosis of three test groups were all higher than the control group significantly(P<0.05).While the groupⅡ had significant difference with the control group(P<0.01).The immune organs index and hemoglobin contents of three test groups had no significant difference with the control group(P>0.05).These results confirmed that compounds fructus mume could significantly enhance the non-specific immunity of cyprinus carpio,it could also increase the anti-infection ability after attacking aeromonas sobria.And the groupⅡ was the most effective group.
