| 摘 要： | 雷竹笋产业是浙江临安农业的主导产业，是农户的主要收入来源。多年来，临安区冰雪灾害、寒潮霜冻等极端天气频发，造成雷竹笋用林竹株倒伏、折断、冻枯、母竹难以留养等问题，雷竹林经营存在较大风险。为了解雷竹林政策性保险实施的可行性，文章对雷竹林经营农户参加保险的意愿进行了调研。结果表明，绝大多数农户对雷竹笋用林实施政策性保险的意识较强，投保的积极性较高，特别是家庭收入以雷竹为主的种植大户。调查结果可为临安实施雷竹林政策性保险提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Phyllostachys praecox shoot industry is the leading agriculture industry in Lin'an, Zhejiang province, and also the main income source of farmers. Over the years, extreme weather events such as ice and snow disasters, cold wave and frost have frequently happened in Lin'an, resulting in the problems such as bamboo lodging, breaking and freezing and mother bamboos dying in P. praecox forest. There are great risks in the P. praecox forest management. In order to understand the feasibility of implementing the policy-oriented insurance of P. praecox forest, this paper investigates the willingness of farmers who manage P. praecox forest to participate in the insurance. The results show that the vast majority of farmers have a strong awareness and high enthusiasm of policy-oriented insurance for P. praecox shoot forest, especially the households whose family income is mainly bamboo. The investigation results provide a scientific basis for the implementation of policy-oriented insurance for P. praecox forest in Lin'an. |
