毛金竹鞭段育苗的影响因素

摘    要:以毛金竹鞭段为试验材料,研究竹鞭年龄、竹鞭长度、育苗时间、育苗方式以及施肥等因素对鞭段成活率、竹苗高度、鞭段侧芽萌发率等的影响,以期为毛金竹鞭段育苗提供技术支撑。结果表明:随鞭段年龄增加,鞭段成活率和侧芽萌发率逐渐降低;随鞭段长度增加,鞭段成活率呈升高的变化趋势,侧芽萌发率则表现为先降低后升高的变化趋势;12月下旬鞭段育苗效果总体好于3月下旬和4月中旬。12月下旬育苗,育苗至出笋历时87 d,鞭段成活率和侧芽萌发率最高,分别为80.30%和20.79%;3月下旬育苗,育苗至出笋历时35 d,鞭段成活率和侧芽萌发率分别为51.74%和9.45%;4月中旬育苗,育苗至出笋历时20 d,鞭段成活率和侧芽萌发率分别为58.58%和9.56%。竹苗高度和育苗系数也表现为12月下旬育苗显著高于3月下旬和4月中旬育苗。采用施肥处理的鞭段进行育苗,鞭段成活率和竹苗高度明显优于未施肥处理的鞭段。在毛金竹鞭段育苗初期,新生竹苗表现出混生竹的生长行为。

Abstract:The rhizome segments of Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis are used to study the effects of rhizomes age and length, seedling breeding time, seedling breeding method and fertilization on the survival rate of rhizome segments, seedling quality and lateral bud germination rate of rhizomes, with the aim to provide a theoretical basis for seedling breeding with bamboo rhizomes. The results show that the survival rate and lateral buds germination rate of rhizome segments decrease with the increase of rhizomes age, and with the increase of rhizome segments length, their survival rate is on the rise, while the germination rate of the lateral buds decreases first and then increases. The effect of seedling breeding with rhizomes segment in the last part of December is better than that in the last part of March and mid-April. It takes 87 d from seedling raising to shoot emergence in the last part of December, and the survival rate and lateral buds germination rate of rhizome segments are the highest, which reach 80.30% and 20.79%, respectively. In the last part of March, it takes 35 d from seedling raising to shoot emergence, and the survival rate and lateral buds germination rate are 51.74% and 9.45%, respectively. In mid-April, it takes 20 days from seedling raising to shoot emergence, and the survival rate and lateral buds germination rate are 58.58% and 9.56%, respectively. The seedling height and seedling breeding coefficient in the last part of December are also significantly higher than those in the last part of March and mid-April. If the rhizome with fertilization treatment is used to raise seedlings, their survival rate and heights of seedling are better than those without fertilization treatment. In the early stage of seedling breeding with rhizomes segment, the new seedlings present the growth behavior of mixed bamboo.
