| 摘 要： | 改进教学形式和方法,不断增强高校思想政治理论课教学的针对性、实效性,是新一轮思想政治理论课教学改革的基本任务。而目前普遍存在的大班教学模式则越来越成为完成这一任务的瓶颈。这一问题的解决,仅从对现有的大班教学的优化上考虑是远远不够的,还需要从缩小班级规模上加以考虑。在现有条件下,实施中班教学不失为一种可行的选择。通过对思想政治理论课大班教学与中班教学这两种教学形式的比较研究,可以梳理出二者各自不同的特点,以及它们对高校思想政治理论课教学效果的不同影响,并就此明确推行中班化教学的必要性,以及目前推进中班教学中学需着力解决的几个基本问题。值得注意的是:推行中班化教学能明显提高思想政治理论课教学的针对性和实效性,但由大班教学变为中班教学,不能仅仅理解为班级规模的变化,还必须有相应的教学方式方法、教学资源和教师管理制度等的配套作支撑。
