| 摘 要： | 为研究淇河鲫种质状况,采用了聚类分析、判别分析、主成分分析3种多元统计分析方法,对黄河、海河2个水系的淇河鲫、沁河鲫、金堤河鲫和北运河鲫4个鲫群体的可数、可量和框架形态性状进行了比较研究。结果表明:(1)与其它3个鲫群体相比,淇河鲫形态特异性比较显著。其侧线上鳞、侧线下鳞和臀鳍条数均值,均显著高于其它3群体鲫,其侧线鳞数均值低于金堤河鲫,淇河鲫在体厚、背鳍长度、躯干部长度和尾部长度、高度方面占有明显优势,在臀鳍长度、头部大小及体高方面有明显的劣势;(2)淇河鲫与北运河鲫有着较近的亲缘关系,金堤河鲫与沁河鲫有着较近的亲缘关系。相对于沁河鲫,淇河鲫与金堤河鲫亲缘关系更近;淇河鲫仍然有着较为独特的种质特征,外来种质的影响尚不显著。研究亮点:淇河鲫为河南省特有名贵鱼类,采用聚类分析、判别分析和主成分分析3种多元统计方法,对淇河鲫可数、可量和框架性状进行分析研究,确证了其双背鲫的特征,认为外来种质对淇河鲫的影响尚不显著,为其种质鉴定与科学保种提供了理论依据。
