| 摘 要： | 基于国际上龙眼果实采后技术的研究结果,尤其是中国和泰国的观点,建立了龙眼果实采后处理系统;介绍了龙眼果实采后处理系统技术如耐贮运品种选择,采收成熟度和采收方法,选别和分级,杀菌剂或熏硫处理,检疫杀虫处理,预冷,包装,贮藏,运输和销售。指出了龙眼果实采后处理存在的问题和今后需进一步研究的领域 |

| Abstract: | This paper set up postharvest handling system for longan fruit, which was based on the international research results on postharvest technology of longan fruit, with emphasis on the Chinese and Thai perspectives. Techniques of postharvest handling system for longan fruit such as selecting cultivars for better storage and transport features, harvest maturity and harvesting method, sorting and grading, antiseptic dipping or SO2 fumigation, quarantine treatment such as insect disinfestations, precooling, packaging, storage, transport and marketing were introduced. The existing problems in postharvest handling for longan fruit and the further research fields which are needed in the future were pointed out. |
